Start by placing the clamp on the labia while the clamp is wide open. Use the small screws on each side of the clamp to set the perfect amount of pressure. Each screw is covered with a small PVC cap for more comfort. At the top, you can attach the chain with a PU leather handle for even more intense play with your partner. Let him or her gently pull on the chain for the ultimate sensation!
