Use a lubricant or penis cream to help prevent discomfort, irritation, and redness caused by friction against the inner walls of the cylinder./p&gtp&gtUse either the hand pump or electric pump attached to the hose to create a vacuum inside the cylinder and draw blood into the penis./p&gtp&gtOnce an erection has been achieved, place a constriction ring around the base of the penis. This helps maintain the erection by keeping blood within the penis./p&gtp&gtMonitor the pressure inside the cylinder as specified for the product. Make sure you do not exceed the limits established by the manufacturer. Also, pay attention to your body's own sensations./p&gtp&gtRelease the pressure periodically to allow fresh oxygen to enter the blood. Blood will rush back into the penis. Repeat this every 10 minutes per session./p&gtp&gtRemove the vacuum device when finished. The erection will generally last long enough to engage in sexual activity./p&gt
