The AAAA battery (generally called it as quadruple-A) is 42.5 mm wide and 8.3 mm in diameter, weighs about 6.5 g and produces 1.5 V. This battery is also classified as LR8D425 or LR61 (IEC) and 25A (ANSI / NEDA). The battery is also marked with its Duracell number type MN2500 or MX2500 and Energizer type E96.

This battery size is most used in devices that require small batteries, such as laser points, LED lights, glucose meters, and small earphones. These batteries are not popular like AAA or AA type, and may be very difficult to find.
